Corporate structure

The Atlantic Petroleum Group comprises the Faroes based parent company P/F Atlantic Petroleum and its three 100% owned subsidiaries in the UK, and Ireland:

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors has the overall responsibility for the management of the Company and supervises the Management. The Board of Directors determines the Company’s policies with regards to business strategy, organisation, accounting and finance and appoints the Company’s Management. 
 
The Board of Directors has tree members. There are no employee-elected members. The Company’s ordinary general meeting elects the Board of Directors, and the members are elected for one year at the time.
