Issued share capital

Atlantic Petroleum was founded with a share capital of DKK 25,500,000. Since the foundation the Company has issued share capital in four public offering rounds. The current share capital is DKK 369,786,000 nominal value, held by approximately 8,500 shareholders. The nominal share value is DKK 100 per share. The total number of shares is 3,697,860. All issued share capital is fully paid up. The development of the share capital since establishment is shown in the following table.
